We manage your listing from A to Z, including creation, booking follow-ups, a dynamic pricing strategy, calendar and review management, as well as professional photography. We ensure the welcome and departure of your visitors, send instructions, provide a welcome book, and offer assistance available every day. We also take care of your property with cleaning services, linen management, maintenance, and intervene in case of breakdowns. Additionally, we offer home staging advice to enhance the attractiveness of your property.
Bud package – 12% commission
We provide full management of your listing, including creation, booking follow-ups, a dynamic pricing strategy, calendar and review management, as well as professional photography. We take care of your visitors, handle customer inquiries, provide a welcome book, and offer 24/7 assistance. Additionally, we offer home staging advice to enhance the attractiveness of your property.
